Free returns are offered for the 48 contiguous states only. Open mats sent back in the same condition as they were received will receive a full refund including shipping charges both ways. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of return but may take 3-5 business days to be refunded to and by your bank. All returns are sold as open box returns on other selling channels or offered at a discount to nonprofits. They are not resold on Proximat.net. If a refund has not been received within 5 days, it is advised to check the bank account one last time and contact the credit card company. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, Custom and Clearance items cannot be refunded.

The Shipping Policy states that all Standard Product Orders are processed the same day M-F for orders placed before 2PM EST. Custom Products are shipped 24-48 hours after the order is placed unless there is a need to contact the customer concerning the uploaded file. Shipping services are provided by FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
